Symptoms While Cleansing
Everyone's body will react differently depending on their eating habits. Since your body will be consuming nearly 50 pounds of nutrient packed produce, it is normal for you body to go into "detox shock". If your body is feeling different or "off" it only means the detoxification is working. Some symptoms may include: headaches, mild breakouts, and cramping. These can be signs of the toxic chemicals leaving your body.
Tips and Tricks
Exercise is not recommended during the cleanse but can be done. Listen to your body, and don't push yourself into something that would put your well being at risk.
If you have to eat something, try a couple stalks of celery, half a cucumber, or 1/4 avocado. You can pair your cleanse with light clean meals, however, try to abstain though.
COOL & CHILL
Keep your juices chilled, they taste better when cold. Since they are perishable they need to remain cold so they stay fresher longer. Our cold pressed juices last anywhere from 3 - 5 days.
Between juices, drink plenty of water. It is of the utmost importance to stay hydrated during your cleanse! Alkaline or coconut water is highly recommended.
